Payment Terms All projects require either: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion, or Full payment upfront for smaller tasks under a set dollar amount (usually $50 or less). Final files, server access, or code delivery will not be provided until the full balance has been received. All payments are to be made through approved methods (PayPal, Cash App, etc.). 3. Refund Policy Once work has begun, no full refunds will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered if the project is canceled early and work has not exceeded 50% completion. If the project is completed or mostly completed, no refund will be granted. 4. Support & Bug Fixes Basic post-delivery support is included for up to 14 days after the project is completed. This includes bug fixes, minor adjustments, and answering any follow-up questions related to the work delivered. Ongoing support beyond this period may require a support agreement or hourly rate. 5. Ownership & Rights All custom content developed by Kurrasch Systems remains the property of Kurrasch Systems until payment is made in full. Once full payment has been received, ownership of the final delivered content will be transferred to the client. However, resale or redistribution of our work—whether modified or not—is strictly prohibited unless a resale license is explicitly granted in writing. Kurrasch Systems also reserves the right to showcase non-sensitive portions of completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise. 6. Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround times will be given prior to the start of the project. These are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. Delays may occur due to revisions, lack of client communication, or unforeseen technical issues. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to: Provide clear, complete instructions. Supply necessary server access or credentials (if required). Maintain timely communication throughout the project. Failure to do so may delay the project and impact delivery time. 8. Confidentiality Any sensitive server data, login credentials, or private information shared with Kurrasch Systems during the development process will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, or reused under any circumstance.

Revisions & Changes Clients are allowed up to 2 rounds of revisions during development to request adjustments or improvements within the original scope. Any changes requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as add-ons and could incur extra charges or extended timelines. 3. Client Communication Active communication is required throughout the development process. Delays caused by a lack of feedback, missing information, or unresponsive clients may impact the estimated delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by communication breakdowns. 4. Testing & Compatibility All scripts and server-side content will be tested in a controlled environment before delivery. While we strive for compatibility across a wide range of servers and resources, we can’t guarantee full compatibility with third-party or modified content unless disclosed and reviewed prior to development. 5. Use of Third-Party Assets If third-party scripts, MLOs, or vehicles are used in the development process, the client is responsible for having the appropriate licenses or permissions. Kurrasch Systems does not sell or redistribute third-party content without proper authorization. 6. Delivery Format Final deliverables will be provided in a format suitable for FiveM servers (typically .lua, .fxmanifest, .ymap, .ytyp, or zipped folders). Setup instructions or server-side implementation support is included unless otherwise noted. 7. Post-Development Support After the project is delivered, the client has access to 14 days of post-delivery support. This includes small bug fixes, configuration help, and usage questions related to the delivered project. Major updates or new feature requests are considered new projects and will be billed separately.
