Kurrasch Systems Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Kurrasch Systems' services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Kurrasch Systems provides development services for FiveM, RedM, and Roblox, including but not limited to custom scripts, server management, and design solutions.

3. Payment Terms All payments for services are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments are accepted through our designated payment methods.

4. Service Delivery Kurrasch Systems will provide the services as outlined in the service agreement. Delivery times may vary based on project scope and complexity.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access necessary for the completion of services. Any delays or additional costs due to client-related issues will be the client’s responsibility.

6. Changes and Cancellations Clients may request changes to the scope of work. Additional charges may apply for significant changes. Cancellations of services before the start of the project will be eligible for a full refund. Once the project has begun, cancellations may be subject to a partial refund based on work completed.

7. Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if the service was not delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications or if there is a significant failure on our part to deliver the service.

• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide details of the issue and any relevant documentation.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights for custom work produced by Kurrasch Systems remain with us until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights may be transferred as specified in the service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability Kurrasch Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

10. Termination Kurrasch Systems reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms or fails to make timely payments. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

11. Changes to Terms Kurrasch Systems may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kurrasch Systems operates.
